Benefit High Beam and Dallas Blush

It is no secret of mine that my all time summer essential is the one and only highlighter "high beam" made by the wonderful benefit .
It is a luminescent complexion enhancer used to highlight and add an amazing glow to your face. To me this product is sheer beauty in a bottle ! This is one make up essential i could NOT live without.

It is beautifully pink and shimmery and gives the most perfect look.
I first discovered this little pot of gold the day I got married and it gave me the most fantastic glow in my wedding photos.

I use high beam along with one of my favourite blush, also made by Benefit to contour my face ! I have absolutely no obvious cheek bone, but with these two products I can certainly create that illusion.

Dallas comes in a cute box which contains a little mirror and a great brush that you can turn sideways to create great strokes.

                                      How to Contour

There is no hard and fast rule on how to contour, everyone has there own technique.
Personally I use High beam above cheek bones, through the middle

of my nose, below my eyebrows, centre of forehead and a touch on my chin. I use Dallas Blush below my cheek bone, sides of nose
and around forehead.

Here is the finished look on my face

  1. great post, love the contouring section very useful.

    1. Do you use high beam on top of foundation?
